Warranty Coverage

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Eligibility

To qualify for a warranty replacement:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• The product must be unused and in its original condition

• Photos of the damaged item may be required

Replacement Process

If your request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Natural Product Variations

Please note that our coconut bowls are made from natural coconut shells. Variations in color, size, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
