Replacement Product Policy

If the customer is entitled to a replacement product, ShellBowls will provide a product that is identical or of similar value. If this product is not available, ShellBowls may choose to either provide a refund or send a replacement within a reasonable time. Refund and replacement rights apply to the replacement product in the same way as the original product.

Warranty

ShellBowls stands behind the quality of our handcrafted coconut products. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you may be eligible for a replacement.
To qualify, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be unused and in its original condition. Photos of the damaged item may be required to process the request.

Please note that our coconut bowls are made from natural coconut shells, and slight variations in color, size, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
