Wholesale Policies

Eligibility for Wholesale Account
You (“the retailer”) must operate a physical store, with or without an online website, OR be an online-only seller with an established presence to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of our products. Selling on third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon) or purchasing items for personal use is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved.

All applicants are reviewed to ensure they are a legitimate business and a good fit for our brand. ShellBowls reserves the right to deny applications that do not meet our criteria or to decline orders for any reason after approval.

Invoice
ShellBowls can provide an invoice for wholesale payments (in USD). Please contact our team to place your wholesale order.

By purchasing wholesale products from ShellBowls, retailers agree to comply with these wholesale policies.

Pricing
All pricing listed on our website is in United States Dollars (USD). Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers who intend to resell the products through their store or website. Promotional or special orders may qualify for separate discount arrangements upon request.

Additional Discounts
Since wholesale partners already receive discounted pricing, additional discounts generally do not apply unless offered through special promotions or negotiated volume agreements. Orders using unauthorized discount codes may be canceled.

Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery details will be provided during the ordering process. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the retailer.

Fulfillment
Once payment has been received, wholesale orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

Selling in Bulk to B2B Accounts
ShellBowls may offer bulk supply opportunities to approved B2B partners and wholesale buyers.

Return Protocol
If you have placed a wholesale order through ShellBowls and need to request a return or report an issue, please contact our support team to receive further instructions.

Damaged Items
All items are inspected before shipment. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if any items arrive damaged or incorrect.
